فزعات ليست خدمة طوارئ. إذا كنت مصابًا أو في خطر أو تعرّضت لحادث أو كانت مركبتك في موقع خطر — اتصل فورًا بالشرطة ٩٩٩ أو الإسعاف ٩٩٨. FAZAT is not an emergency service. If you are injured, in danger, involved in an accident, or your vehicle is in a hazardous position — call the Police on 999 or an ambulance on 998 immediately.

متطوّعون من أهل الديرة، كلٌّ بمركبته ومعدّاته، يقبلون النداء الأقرب لهم ويأتون.Volunteers from the community, each with their own vehicle and gear, take the call nearest to them and come.

بدون حسابNo account

لا تسجيل ولا كلمة مرور. تصلك عند الإرسال رقم مرجعي واحد بصيغة FZ-123456 تتابع به طلبك.No sign-up, no password. You get one reference like FZ-123456 and that is all you need to follow your request.

داخل الدولة فقطInside the UAE only

تغطية الإمارات السبع. الطلبات خارج حدود الدولة لا تُقبل، والإمارة تُحدَّد من موقعك تلقائيًا.All seven emirates. Requests from outside the country are refused, and the emirate is resolved from your pin automatically.

رقمك واسمك لا يظهران للعامة — يُكشفان فقط للمتطوّع الذي يقبل طلبك.Your name and number are never public — they are released only to the volunteer who accepts your request.

كيف تعملHow it works

أربع خطوات من المتصفّحFour steps, straight from your browser

  1. وصّف الحالةDescribe the case

    اختر نوع المشكلة من ثمانية أنواع — رمل، إطار، محرك، بطارية، وقود، سخونة، مفاتيح محبوسة، أو حالة أخرى.Pick one of eight case types — sand, tyre, engine, battery, fuel, overheating, keys locked in, or something else.

  2. بيانات المركبة والتواصلVehicle and contact

    نوع المركبة ولونها ورقم اللوحة ورمزها وإمارتها، ثم اسمك ورقم هاتفك.Make, colour, plate number, plate code and plate emirate — then your name and phone number.

  3. حدّد موقعكSet your location

    حرّك الخريطة حتى يستقر الدبوس على مكانك بالضبط، أو اسمح للمتصفّح بتحديد موقعك. الدقة توفّر على المتطوّع بحثًا طويلًا.Move the map until the pin sits exactly on you, or let the browser locate you. An exact pin saves the volunteer a long search.

  4. تابع بالرقم المرجعيFollow the reference

    احتفظ برقم الطلب واتبع حالته من صفحة المتابعة في أي وقت — بدون حساب.Keep the reference and check the status from the tracking page any time — still no account.

ما لا تغطّيهWhat it does not

  • أي إصابة أو خطر على السلامة — اتصل بـ ٩٩٩Any injury or risk to safety — call 999
  • الحوادث المرورية — من اختصاص الشرطة وحدهاTraffic collisions — police jurisdiction only
  • السحب التجاري وورش الإصلاح المدفوعةCommercial towing and paid repair shops
  • ضمان وقت وصول — المتطوّع يأتي متى استطاعAny guaranteed arrival time — a volunteer comes when they can

لهذا السبب لا توجد في النموذج خانة للحوادث المرورية: التعامل معها من اختصاص الشرطة.That is why the form has no traffic-collision option: those belong with the police.
