اختر نوع المشكلة من ثمانية أنواع — رمل، إطار، محرك، بطارية، وقود، سخونة، مفاتيح محبوسة، أو حالة أخرى — واكتب اسمك ورقم هاتفك.Pick one of eight case types — sand, tyre, engine, battery, fuel, overheating, keys locked in, or something else — then give your name and phone number.

حرّك الخريطة حتى يستقر الدبوس على مكانك بالضبط، أو اسمح للمتصفّح بتحديد موقعك، وأرفق صورة لمركبتك. الدبوس الدقيق والصورة الواضحة يوفّران على المتطوّع بحثًا طويلًا.Move the map until the pin sits exactly on you, or let the browser locate you, and attach a photo of your vehicle. An exact pin and a clear photo save the volunteer a long search.

- السحب التجاري وورش الإصلاح المدفوعةCommercial towing and paid repair shops
- ضمان وقت وصول — المتطوّع يأتي متى استطاعAny guaranteed arrival time — a volunteer comes when they can
لهذا السبب لا توجد في النموذج خانة للحوادث المرورية: التعامل معها من اختصاص الشرطة.That is why the form has no traffic-collision option: those belong with the police.

The app adds live notifications, the volunteer's position on the map while they travel, and a history of your requests on your device.
