باختصار: نجمع فقط ما يحتاجه النداء، لا نبيع بياناتك أبداً، وتقدر تحذفها. وهذا بالضبط ما يحدث.The short version: we collect only what a call needs, we never sell it, and you can delete it. Here is exactly what happens.

فزعات ليست خدمة طوارئ. إذا كان هناك مصاب أو خطر فاتصل أولاً بالشرطة 999 أو بالإسعاف 998.FAZAT is not an emergency service. If anyone is hurt or in danger, call the police on 999 or an ambulance on 998 first.

إذا طلبت فزعةIf you ask for help

لا تحتاج حساباً. نأخذ اسمك ورقم هاتفك ونوع المشكلة وملاحظتك والصور أو الفيديو الذي تصوّره، والموقع الذي تحدّده للطلب.You need no account. We take your name, phone number, the problem, your note, the photos or video you take, and the location you set for the request.

لا نتتبّع موقعك في الخلفية، ولا نشاركه مباشرةً مع أحد.We never track your location in the background, and it is never shared live with anyone.

إذا كنت متطوّعاًIf you volunteer

حسابك يحتوي اسمك وبريدك ورقمك وإمارتك ومركبتك ومهاراتك وصورتك.Your account holds your name, email, phone number, emirate, vehicle, skills and photo.

يصلنا موقعك في ثلاث حالات فقط: مشاركة موقعك الحيّ أثناء المهمة، وتبدأ فقط بموافقتك وتستمر في الخلفية حتى تنتهي المهمة أو توقفها (لذلك يطلب التطبيق إذن «دائماً»)؛ وموقع تقريبي (نحو 100 متر) عند فتح التطبيق، مرة كل 15 دقيقة على الأكثر، لنحسب بُعد النداءات عنك؛ وموقعك عند ضغط «أنا أقرب».Your location reaches us in three cases only: live sharing during a mission, which starts only when you agree and continues in the background until the mission ends or you stop it (that is why the app asks for “Always”); one approximate position (about 100 m) when you open the app, at most once every 15 minutes, to show how far calls are; and your position when you tap “I'm closer”.

من يرى ماذاWho sees what

قبل قبول النداء: يرى المتطوّعون المعتمدون المشكلة والملاحظة والصور والموقع، بدون اسم ولا رقم.Before a call is accepted, approved volunteers see the problem, the note, the photos and the location — not your name or number.

عند القبول: يرى صاحب الطلب والمتطوّع الذي قبل اسم ورقم بعضهما، ولا أحد غيرهما. المتطوّع المساند يرى النداء لا رقمك.When a volunteer accepts, the two of you see each other's name and number, and no one else does. A backup volunteer sees the call, not your number.

الموقع الحيّ يراه صاحب الطلب ومتطوّعو النداء نفسه فقط، وأثناء المهمة فقط.Live location is seen only by the requester and the volunteers on that same call, and only while the mission is live.

رقم المتطوّع يظهر لبقية المتطوّعين المعتمدين في دليل المتطوّعين، ويقدر يخفيه من الإعدادات ← الخصوصية. والمشرفون يرون ما يحتاجونه لإدارة الخدمة ومراجعة البلاغات.A volunteer's number is shown to other approved volunteers in the directory unless they hide it under Settings → Privacy. Administrators see what they need to run the service and review reports.

جهازكYour device

نحفظ رمز الإشعارات ورقماً عشوائياً لجهازك في مخزن آمن. لا نقرأ معرّف الإعلانات، ولا نتتبّعك عبر التطبيقات.We store a notification token and a random ID for your device in secure storage. We never read the advertising ID or track you across apps.

هذا الرقم يسمح لشخص من فريقنا بإيقاف جهاز يرسل طلبات كاذبة، والسجل يحفظ منه رمزاً مشفّراً لا يُسترجع.That ID lets a person on our team restrict a device that sends fake requests; the record keeps only a one-way code of it.

تقارير الأعطالCrash reports

إذا تعطّل التطبيق أو فشلت خطوة مهمة، يرسل لنا تقريراً تقنياً قصيراً (الخطأ ونسخة التطبيق ومعرّف حسابك). تُحذف هذه التقارير بعد 30 يوماً.If the app crashes or an important step fails, it sends us a short technical report (the error, the app version and your account ID). These reports are deleted after 30 days.

من يعالج البياناتWho processes it

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجّرها، ولا إعلانات في التطبيق.We never sell or rent your data, and there are no ads.

نستعين بمزوّدي خدمات موثوقين للاستضافة والتخزين والإشعارات والخرائط والبريد، يعالجون البيانات نيابةً عنا ووفق تعليماتنا فقط. ولحساب المسافة نرسل إحداثيات فقط، بدون اسم.We use trusted service providers for hosting, storage, notifications, maps and email. They process data only on our behalf and on our instructions. To work out distance we send coordinates only, never a name.

قد تُخزَّن بياناتك وتُعالَج خارج دولة الإمارات، واستخدامك للتطبيق موافقة على ذلك. ولا نشارك بياناتك مع الجهات الرسمية في الدولة إلا بطلب قانوني.Your data may be stored and processed outside the UAE; using the app is your consent to that. We share data with UAE authorities only on a lawful request.

كم نحتفظ بهاHow long we keep it

الطلبات وصورها وفيديوهاتها تبقى حتى تطلب حذفها.Requests and their photos and videos are kept until you ask us to delete them.

يُحذف تلقائياً: الموقع الحيّ عند انتهاء النداء، وتقارير الأعطال بعد 30 يوماً، والموقع التقريبي للمتطوّع الذي يحلّ محله الأحدث كل مرة.Deleted automatically: live location when the call ends, crash reports after 30 days, and a volunteer's approximate position, which each new one replaces.

حذف بياناتكDeleting your data

المتطوّع: الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب، فيُحذف حسابك وملفك.Volunteers: Settings → Account → Delete account removes your account and profile.

صاحب الطلب أو المتطوّع الموقوف: راسل privacy@fazat.ae برقم الطلب أو من بريد الحساب، وننفّذ الحذف مجاناً خلال 30 يوماً.Requesters, and suspended volunteers: email privacy@fazat.ae with the request reference or from the account's email, and we delete it free of charge within 30 days.

حقوقكYour rights

بحسب المرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم 45 لسنة 2021، يحق لك الاطلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها وحذفها ونقلها وسحب موافقتك. راسل privacy@fazat.ae ونرد خلال 30 يوماً مجاناً.Under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 you can see, correct, delete or move your data, and withdraw your consent. Email privacy@fazat.ae and we reply within 30 days, free.

لا قرارات آلية: الإنسان هو من يقرر دائماً.No automated decisions: a person always decides.

الحماية والعمرSecurity and age

كل الاتصال مشفّر، والصور في مخزن مغلق، والصلاحيات يتحقق منها خادمنا. لا يوجد نظام آمن تماماً، وإذا تأثرت بياناتك باختراق سنبلغك.All traffic is encrypted, photos sit in a closed store, and access is checked on our server. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you.

فزعات لمن عمره 18 سنة فأكثر.FAZAT is for people aged 18 and over.

التغييرات والتواصلChanges and contact

عند أي تعديل نحدّث التاريخ أعلى الصفحة، والنسخة المنشورة في التطبيق وعلى الموقع هي السارية. النص العربي هو المعتمد.When we change anything, we update the date at the top; the version published in the app and on the website is the one in force. The Arabic text governs.
