ما هي فزعاتWhat FAZAT is

تطبيق مجاني يوصل سائقاً يحتاج مساعدة على الطريق بمتطوّعين قد يحضرون. ليس شركة، ولا خدمة سحب، ولا خدمة طوارئ.A free app that connects a driver who needs roadside help with volunteers who may come. It is not a company, a towing service or an emergency service.

يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 سنة فأكثر. يديره معاذ أمين ربابعة في دبي.You must be 18 or over. It is run by Moath Amin Rababah in Dubai.

الطوارئ ليست هناEmergencies do not belong here

إذا كان هناك مصاب أو حادث مروري أو كنت في مكان خطر، فاتصل أولاً بالشرطة 999 أو بالإسعاف 998.If anyone is hurt, there has been a road accident, or you are somewhere dangerous, call the police on 999 or an ambulance on 998 first.

فزعات للمشاكل غير الطارئة: الغرز في الرمل، البنشر، البطارية، نفاد الوقود، ارتفاع الحرارة، نسيان المفتاح داخل المركبة.FAZAT is for non-urgent problems: stuck in sand, a flat tyre, a dead battery, running out of fuel, overheating, keys locked in.

المتطوّعونVolunteers

المتطوّعون أشخاص عاديون يساعدون باختيارهم، وليسوا موظفين لدينا. فريقنا يوافق على كل حساب متطوّع قبل أن يستقبل النداءات، لكن الموافقة وشارة «موثّق» لا تضمنان المهارة ولا السلامة.Volunteers are ordinary people who help by choice; they are not our employees. Our team approves every volunteer account before it can take calls, but approval and the “Verified” badge do not guarantee skill or safety.

لا ضمان للحضورNo guarantee anyone will come

قد لا يقبل أحد طلبك، وقد يتأخر المتطوّع أو لا يصل. وقد يتعطل التطبيق أو الشبكة. إذا ساءت حالتك فاتصل بـ 999.Nobody may accept your request, and a volunteer may be late or not arrive. The app or the network can fail. If your situation gets worse, call 999.

سلامتك قراركYour safety is your decision

لقاء غريب على الطريق فيه مخاطرة للطرفين، وأنت من يقرر ما يريحك. ابقَ في مكان ظاهر، وأخبر شخصاً تثق به بمكانك، وتأكد من اسم المتطوّع ومركبته.Meeting a stranger on the road carries risk for both sides, and you decide what you are comfortable with. Stay somewhere visible, tell someone you trust where you are, and check the volunteer's name and vehicle.

وللمتطوّع: لا تقم إلا بعمل تعرفه بأمان، والتزم بقوانين المرور.Volunteers: only do work you know how to do safely, and obey traffic law.

قواعد للجميعRules for everyone

معلومات صحيحة فقط: اسمك الحقيقي، ورقم يعمل، ووصف صادق، وصور حالية. ألغِ الطلب إذا لم تعد تحتاج المساعدة.Real information only: your real name, a working number, an honest description and current photos. Cancel the request if you no longer need help.

ممنوع: الطلبات الكاذبة، والمضايقة، وطلب المال أو العروض التجارية، وانتحال الشخصيات، واستخدام رقم أحد أو صوره أو موقعه لأي شيء غير هذا النداء.Not allowed: false requests, harassment, asking for money or making commercial offers, impersonation, or using anyone's number, photos or location for anything but this call.

التقييمات والبلاغاتReviews and reports

التقييم يُنشر على ملف المتطوّع، فاكتب عن التجربة لا عن الشخص. تقدر تبلّغ عن أي أحد أو تحظره، ونراجع البلاغات، وقد ننبّه أو نوقف أو نغلق الحساب المخالف.A review is published on the volunteer's profile, so write about the experience, not the person. You can report or block anyone; we review reports, and we may warn, suspend or close an account that breaks the rules.

مجانية وكما هيFree, and as it is

فزعات مجانية: لا رسوم ولا إعلانات ولا عمولة. أي اتفاق مالي بينك وبين غيرك يخصكما وحدكما.FAZAT is free: no fees, no ads, no commission. Any money arrangement between users is theirs alone.

نقدّم الخدمة كما هي: المسافات والأوقات والخرائط تقديرية.It is provided as it is: distances, times and maps are estimates.

المسؤوليةLiability

لسنا طرفاً فيما يحدث على الطريق، ولا نتحمّل تصرفات المستخدمين ولا الخسائر الناتجة عن التأخير أو الأعطال، في حدود ما يسمح به قانون الدولة. ولا يحدّ شيء هنا من مسؤولية لا يجيز القانون تحديدها.We are not a party to what happens on the road, and we are not liable for users' actions or for losses from delays or outages, as far as UAE law allows. Nothing here limits any liability the law does not allow to be limited.

الإيقاف والقانون والتواصلStopping, law and contact

تقدر تتوقف متى شئت، ولنا أن نوقف الحساب المخالف أو الذي يعرّض غيره للخطر.You can stop whenever you like, and we may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.

تسري قوانين دولة الإمارات، وتختص محاكم دبي بأي نزاع. عند أي تعديل نحدّث التاريخ أعلى الصفحة، والنسخة المنشورة هي السارية، والنص العربي هو المعتمد.UAE law applies and the courts of Dubai decide any dispute. When we change anything, we update the date at the top; the version published in the app and on the website is the one in force. The Arabic text governs.
